ordered a new dash cap from mikes montes, now i just have to decide if i wanna pull the dash to put it on or not :-k

He was running a PCV valve on his old set up, when he swapped the intake and carb there was no place for the PCV valve on the base of the carb and only 1 large intake vacuum {ran to power brakes}, he put the oil fill cap on the DS valve cover and put one of those push in breathers on the PS valve cover and fired it up, after a few minutes he noticed oil dripping from behind the balancer. Called me up all confused and p***ed, I figured out that the motor must have built up too much crankcase pressure and pushed the rubber part of the seal out!! #-o. We installed a new seal and left the oil fill cap off and everything seems good now! The only way to learn is by learning from ones mistakes! :lol: :lol:

Today I checked to see if the new wheel and tire combo was gonna fit in the wheel opening.
