    Remote mounted shifter arm...

My original post on solid modeling... http://www.maliburacing.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=88336 I used CoCreate Modeling Personal 2.0 from PTC (http://www.ptc.com), it's a free home-type version. True, that's why I desinged it like I did. I think the round arm in the Mustang would have too...

    I knew I took a picture of it for a reason :D

    Remote mounted shifter arm...

... has anyone tried it with a standard 4-speed shifter and some ingenuity? I'm talking about a setup similar to this, but with the typical externally-shifted transmission (Mustang T5 shifter): I found a decent solid modeling program, and scrapped my first idea... partially because it would...

    Steering adjustment

Agreed. I drove mine with a half-crooked steering wheel for a while, it was annoying, partially because I hate a crooked steering wheel  Plus your alignment will be correct :D

    NOS and a 5 speed.

Sounds like you'd need some sort of RPM window for it to stay constant. I could see the car being erratic when you get off/on the gas.

    G-Body suspension torque specs

Hopefully it should match, it's from a Chevrolet factory manual!

    Frame restoration and cleanup

Are you going to take the front clip off? If I had the time/drive when I was doing the motor I would have on mine.

    Frame restoration and cleanup

I cleaned mine with a wire brush/scraper, did the final wipe with brake parts cleaner & rags, and used good ol' Rust-Oleum semi-flat (maybe semi-gloss... whatever I had). I did it somewhat hastily so I didn't get all of the frame, but I wasn't extremely concerned given the condition of the rest...

I plotted my rear suspension, now what...

Where is a good source for a lot of this math?

    Quietest mufflers around?

My friend's dad had a '95 full size Chevy, went with a pair of 50 series Flowmasters, and it was pretty quiet, but still had a fairly deep idle to it (manifolds, no cats).

    Lakewood bellhousings...

Yep, I know about them, this would just make it slightly easier, one less part to add. Plus with the adapter you have to have an LS motor input shaft, otherwise where the pilot bushing rides doesn't have enough/any surface.

It's just a shame it's not drilled for the T-56 too  It'd be a dead-ringer for me then.

    Exhaust Video's

Everything I've seen with the mufflers further forward are loud.

G body Oil pressure sensor question

If one is small (<1" diameter) and the other is larger (~2-3") you may have a switch and a sender. The sender is larger of the two. Sending unit Switch

    Lakewood bellhousings...

That's my thought. When I get a high performance trans, if it has a traditional bolt pattern I'll probably step up to this just so it's not something to change down the road.

    Lakewood bellhousings...

From http://www.maliburacing.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=87963&p=665804#p665804 Looks like just a straight fork will work with this setup, don't know for sure though... :?: :?: http://www.jegs.com/i/Lakewood/620/15015/10002/-1

    Difference in these 2 Bells?

Minor derailment, is it because of the fork angle? Looks like a regular straight one would work here, no? http://www.maliburacing.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=87970

Unfortunately there isn't a lot of room to park it elsewhere (actually there is, but it's in the way then), otherwise it probably would be. My dad's taken it for a spin for me a time or two, so it's gotten a little love :D
