I would've had the front lines bent the brackets where the hard line connects to the hose had disappeared. Picked up those and another upper passenger a-arm because mine was very thin (pinhole rust) from apparent dirt/crud sitting in the arm. I also got some misc. bolts I needed.

Mounted up power steering pump on the big block in the orange project. Fogged the tail light/quarter extensions and trunk lid orange. Who would have guessed Krylon Pumpkin/Safety orange would match so close!!?!
Before you go off on me, it was quick and easy, and now it is the same color. I did prime it and block sand it some. Jammed it in with the orange bomb can.
I scored some stock style chrome big block valve covers with factory wire loom mounts.

well, got a box at radio shack for my switches, and re-wired everything.

i then went and got a sticker and they had me do a burnout in their parking lot... lol
i later went to a small show with dad, and mom took the wagon. there was a 78 and 80 bu there too, as well as a 86 2+2 and a 87 t-type

I'll take some pics of the new 468 in place in the sunlight tomorrow. Might put the center caps on too. Need to lower the back down (ditching the air shocks). Find a straighter front bumper valance/filler and paint it orange. Clean up/detail the tail lights. Put on some exhaust......

Took out the lower balljoints and removed ALL the front arm bushings (that was fun :roll
in preparation for sandblasting. Plan to paint the top arms tomorrow and maybe put the upper bushings/ball joints in, and maybe bend some more brake line.

Friday I ordered a new lincoln mig (really tired of the harbor freight junk) and upper and lower control arm braces from TNT... soon as my welder shows up I will start notching and bracing!
