On the weekend I pushed it out into day light for the 1st time in almost 7 months.

I looked at it the other day

Took the motor to fix the oil leak, and found out the converter is messed up. Car is probably done for the rest of the summer. hammer_head.gif

it was 30+ degrees in the shade, And the shop was hotter then outside. I was sweating after 5 min of working.

I will be starting my engine for the first time in the next couple of weeks. I have heard a bunch methods. Just wondering the proper procedure and some hints and what not. Like what type of oil to use ,etc.

I would probly go 9" but with the exchange rate the way it is now it would cost so much. unless I can find one local. I live pretty close to the track but i still want the car to be some what street able.

My motor is nothing special just a basic 400 with all new parts. The rear im looking at has 4:56 gears in it. I might buy it then down the road change them when funds allow

I Will be buying a rear soon. Just wondering that would be a good rear gear for my car. Its 406/th400 3000 stall. I will be running a 275/60/15 Drag radial. Its a street/strip car but I want to get the most out of the car that I can on the strip
