Cam is a custom ground Hydraulic Roller from Cam Motion.
The only part I understand is the duration @ .050 and the lift. I can plug everything into Desktop Dyno but how accurate is that really?
Car goes faster then I had planned and with MUCH less cam then I thought I needed.

INTAKE:
valve open: 7.2 BTDC
centerline: 107.7 ATDC
valve close 43.7 ABDC
Duration 230.9
lobe lift .35976
lobe area 28.46 IN DEG

EXHAUST:

valve open: 54.6 BTDC
centerline: 115.7 ATDC
valve close 3.6 ABDC
Duration 238.2
lobe lift .35005
lobe area 28.7 IN DEG

I have also learned that in first I am short shifting badly. This was a result of the MT Drag Radials and the lesson learned with them. I would blow them away and taught myself to shift where there was less power to stop the wheel spin. Now that I have the ET Streets its a different ball game but find I am having a hard time breaking the short shift habit.
I am also shifting very slow from 1-2 and 2-3. From 3-4 I can rip it into gear faster then the synchos can keep up. Just need to learn how to shift faster and that might get me a tenth? Who knows.

Blow the transmission up? HAHA Not a chance!!!

More cam and carb? I will try more carb, but more cam? No way. That is it for me.

Heads are Oval port... an older Grumpy Jenkins series. They are very heavy. Next thing on my list is Aluminum heads.

Do you have a pic of your drivers side exhaust where it bolts to the collector with the linkage installed? How far is it from the oil filter and pan?

did u go hydraulic or do u still have the linkage?
